A 'tagboard' is a curated public display of social media posts aggregated based on a unique hashtag (#). The redisplayed content of a Tagboard can be shown via website, television broadcast, on screen at live events and via mobile device applications.

Tagboards often increase community engagement around a given topic by incentivising social media users to post using the specified hashtag and have the post 'make it on the Tagboard'
